MixChoir Registration Form - 2024 / 2025

We are excited to announce MixChoir, the North Shore’s newest mixed adult choir.
Rehearsals will run from September 2024 – June 2025.

MixChoir is a community choir for adults who love to sing and want to share their passion for music with others. MixChoir members will need to commit to one year of choir rehearsals and practicing their music at home. This program is for enthusiastic singers who have a love of music and an ability to match pitch. No auditions will be required.

Where Do We Meet?

St, Andrew’s United Church at 1044 St. Georges Ave (North Vancouver).
Note: While we may be rehearsing in a church, we are not affiliated.

Who Will Lead?

The choir will be conducted by Suzanne Fulton (Artistic Director). Suzanne has been a music teacher in the WV School District for 20 years and has taught K-12 music and choir. She is also the founder and conductor of the 2 new KidChoirs on the North Shore. Suzanne has a Bachelor of Music (Opera Performance), a Bachelor of Education (UBC), and a Masters in Music Education (UBC).

7 – 8:30pm Thursdays

Program Fee

The program fees are $525 annually. $400 is the course fee and there is a non-refundable materials fee of $125 that will be required at the time of registration. Fees will include the following: leatherette choir folder (replaced when needed, within reason), uniform “item” (tbc- to be discussed with singers), original sheet music, and other administrative costs (insurance, venue rentals, pianist fees, clinician fees, etc).

Fee Schedule

Our Per Term Installments option works in the following manner:

At the time of registration: $125 plus term 1 fee of $133.34= $258.34
After 3 months = Term 2 fee of $133.34
After 6 months = Term 3 fee of $133.34

Installments will be due in 3 month increments from your initial payment and cannot be billed on the exact day of the term start date.

If your card is reported lost/stolen your installment subscription will be cancelled. In this event, please use one of the options below to renew your subscription that best relates to how many payments you had leftover when your card was lost/stolen:

Subscription payments are automatic once you’ve made your initial payment and will end after 3 terms.
*Please note that GST will need to be added to these prices, starting for payments for the 2025/2026 season.

Financial Need

Financial aid is also available to those who can demonstrate financial need. Please email mixchoir@gmail.com with as much detail as you are comfortable sharing so we may assess need and make the decisions that are fair to all. There is a financial need promo code that can be shared with you, should the fees be impossible for you.
